Our work is featured in PV Magazine

Donghao's work has been picked up by PV Magazine in its recent global edition: link.
Since 2008 PV Magazine has been the leading outlet for global solar PV trade, news and events. With its independent, technology-focused reporting, PV magazine concentrates on the latest developments in the solar PV and energy storage markets and in local industries.
They have featured recently published work where we present observations of hydrogen induced contact resistance in today’s most relevant solar photovoltaic technology, named PERC and TOPCon from to the structure of the silicon solar cells. Here we show that contact resistance change occurs at the Ag/n+ Si interfaces and respond differently to applied biases. These insights are critical to the understanding of degradation in industrial solar panels and can lead to mitigation of in-field and manufacturing degradation.
